At Amader Barir Pujo, organized by Pro Plus Data Foundation, we do not ship any physical goods. All bhog coupons are delivered digitally.
1. Digital Delivery
- Once your payment is successfully processed, your bhog coupon(s) will be delivered via email and/or WhatsApp to the contact details you provide at the time of booking.
- Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 2 hours due to technical or network delays.
2. Non-Receipt of Coupon
If you do not receive your coupon within 2 hours of successful payment:
- Please check your email spam folder or WhatsApp inbox.
- If still not received, contact us at support@amaderbarirpujo.com with your payment reference number.
3. Incorrect Contact Details
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email address or phone number provided by the user. Please ensure your details are accurate before making the payment.
4. Physical Pickup
- If required, printed coupons may be collected physically from the event venue by showing your digital confirmation.
- Please carry a valid ID proof and the confirmation message/email for verification.
5. Event Venue & Dates
Bhog distribution will take place at the official Amader Barir Pujo venue in Pune on the following dates:
- Saptami – September 28, 2025
- Ashtami – September 29, 2025
- Nabami – September 30, 2025
